Pour les formations en présentiel / in class, les repas sont inclus lorsque cela est indiqué dans la fiche formation. Les repas ne sont pas inclus pour les formations en ligne.
Les étudiants doivent venir avec leur ordinateur portable personnel pour suivre les travaux pratiques, accéder aux plateformes pédagogiques et installer les logiciels nécessaires.
Configuration minimum recommandée : Intel i5/Ryzen 5, 8 Go de RAM, SSD 256 Go, Wi-Fi, navigateur récent et droits administrateur pour installer les logiciels. Pour Unreal Engine et Proxmox, 16 Go de RAM et un SSD de 512 Go sont fortement recommandés. Pour la virtualisation, l’ordinateur doit prendre en charge Intel VT-x ou AMD-V.
Les compétences sont partagées entre une équipe de 3 formateurs selon les domaines : réseaux Cisco, cybersécurité, Stormshield, systèmes, virtualisation, Unreal Engine, edge computing, IoT et environnements immersifs.
Les justificatifs de qualification peuvent être présentés à un financeur, à un partenaire ou à un auditeur qualité si nécessaire.
Saint-Georges Academy collecte uniquement les informations nécessaires au traitement des demandes d’information, d’inscription, de devis, de financement, de paiement et de suivi de formation.
Les paiements par carte sont traités via Stripe. Saint-Georges Academy ne stocke pas les numéros de carte bancaire.
Les données sont conservées uniquement pendant la durée nécessaire au traitement administratif, pédagogique, contractuel, comptable ou légal de la formation. Saint-Georges Academy met en place une procédure de traitement des réclamations, difficultés, aléas et retours d’expérience afin d’améliorer ses formations et son organisation.
Le registre interne suit la date, l’objet, la formation concernée, la réponse apportée, l’action corrective et la clôture.
Cette organisation documentaire permet au bénéficiaire, à l’entreprise, au financeur et à Saint-Georges Academy de suivre clairement le parcours de formation.
Saint-Georges Academy publiera progressivement ses indicateurs de résultats afin d’informer le public, les entreprises et les financeurs.
Les résultats seront mis à jour lorsque le volume de données sera suffisant pour éviter des indicateurs non représentatifs.

Examen Cisco : l’accès à l’examen officiel Cisco est optionnel et facturé séparément. La réussite à l’examen n’est pas garantie.

Pour les personnes physiques qui financent elles-mêmes leur formation, l’inscription suit une procédure spécifique conforme aux règles applicables aux contrats de formation professionnelle.
Avant toute demande de paiement, Saint-Georges Academy transmet au stagiaire le programme détaillé, le contrat de formation professionnelle, les conditions financières, les modalités d’annulation et les informations relatives au droit de rétractation.
Le stagiaire dispose d’un délai légal de rétractation de 10 jours à compter de la signature du contrat de formation professionnelle. Aucune somme ne peut être exigée avant l’expiration de ce délai.
Ces règles existent afin de protéger le consommateur, l’étudiant ou le stagiaire qui finance personnellement sa formation. Elles garantissent un temps de réflexion avant tout paiement, évitent les paiements immédiats ou précipités, et permettent au stagiaire de s’engager en connaissance de cause après réception du programme, du contrat et des conditions financières.
À l’expiration du délai de rétractation, un premier règlement peut être demandé dans la limite de 30 % du prix total de la formation. Le solde est réglé de manière échelonnée, au fur et à mesure du déroulement de la formation, selon les modalités prévues dans le contrat.
Pour cette raison, les paiements en ligne immédiats ne sont pas automatiquement ouverts aux personnes physiques en financement personnel. Une demande d’inscription doit d’abord être transmise afin d’établir le contrat et de vérifier le mode de financement.

Aucun taux de satisfaction, de réussite ou d’insertion n’est inventé. Les données seront calculées à partir des questionnaires, évaluations, feuilles d’assiduité et suivis effectivement recueillis.

La réussite des formations CCNA 1, CCNA 2 et CCNA 3 de Saint-Georges Academy ne permet pas d’obtenir automatiquement la certification professionnelle Cisco CCNA.
Pour devenir Cisco Certified Network Associate, vous devez réussir séparément l’examen officiel 200-301 CCNA, administré par Pearson VUE.
Vous devez disposer d’une pièce privée, d’un ordinateur compatible, d’une webcam, d’un microphone et d’une pièce d’identité officielle acceptée.
Effectuez le test officiel de compatibilité avant la réservation, puis à nouveau avant le jour de l’examen.
Saint-Georges Academy prépare les candidats, mais n’organise pas, ne supervise pas et ne délivre pas l’examen officiel Cisco 200-301 CCNA.
L’examen officiel est administré par Pearson VUE pour le compte de Cisco.
